Moultrie County Regional Planning Commission
The Commission established a Comprehensive Plan for the County. Whenever a request for a rezoning is made, they collect information and decide if the request is consistent with our plan. Then they vote on a recommendation to the County Board.
They also make recommendations for changes to both the Comprehensive Plan and the County Zoning Ordinance.
